Suzuki is offering the chance to win a three-year service plan to anyone who takes a test ride at either this week’s Adventure Bike Rider Festival or July’s Suzuki Live, and goes on to purchase at their local dealership.
Across the two events there will be a wide selection of models to demo, including the all-new V-Strom 800DE, which features Suzuki’s new, torque-laden 776cc parallel twin and comes with power modes, a bi-directional quickshifter, traction control, and a 5-inch colour TFT display.
Between the ABR Festival and Suzuki Live, test rides will also be available on the GSX-8S, V-Strom 1050DE, V-Strom 650XT, GSX-S1000GT, GSX-S1000, and Hayabusa.
Those who take a test ride at either event and go on to purchase at an authorised Suzuki dealership will be entered into a prize draw to win a free three-year Suzuki service plan.
For all ABR festival entries the deadline for purchasing a bike is 31 August 2023, and for Suzuki Live a purchase must be made by 30 September 2023.
The ABR Festival takes place at Ragley Hall (Alcester B49 5NJ) on 23-25 June, with Suzuki Live running across the weekend of 15-16 July at Cadwell Park (Louth LN11 9SE).
Riders must be over 21 years of age and hold a full category A licence. Licence check & exclusions apply.

- Liability: Consumers have legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described and services which are not performed with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms affects these rights. In particular, we do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or any matter for which it would be illegal for us to limit or exclude our liability. Except as stated above, and to the extent permissible by law, Suzuki will not be liable for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of your participation in the Promotion and receipt or use of the Prize in circumstances where: (i) there has been no breach of a legal duty of care owed to you by Suzuki; (ii) it was not obvious that you would suffer such loss or damage and nothing you said to Suzuki before you entered this Promotion meant that Suzuki should have expected it to happen (so, in the law, the loss was “unforeseeable”); (iii) you could have avoided such loss or damage by taking reasonable action; and/or (iv) the loss or damage was caused by an event or circumstance beyond Suzuki’s reasonable control. In addition, Suzuki is not responsible for any business losses you may suffer, such as loss of profits or revenue, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill.

All third-party trademarks and other intellectual property rights are hereby acknowledged. By participating in the Promotion, entrants are providing information to Suzuki, not to any third party.
- Cancellation and variation: Suzuki reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion and/or these Rules if it considers it necessary or appropriate to do so, including if there is any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or if variation, suspension or cancellation is necessary due to an event outside Suzuki’s reasonable control. In the event of cancellation, the Prize may be awarded to winners drawn from eligible entries received prior to cancellation or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Suzuki.
- Disqualification: Without limiting the options available to Suzuki, Suzuki reserves the right at any time to disqualify entries or entrants that Suzuki regards as being in breach of these Rules, any applicable laws, any terms and conditions referred to in these Rules and/or the spirit of the Promotion.
- Interference with the Promotion: Any attempt to damage or undermine the content or legitimate operation of the Promotion is prohibited and may also be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws. Suzuki reserves all its rights and remedies to deal with such action including, without limit, to exclude any entrant or winner believed to be associated with such action.
- Publicity: By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that, in the event of a win, Suzuki shall be entitled (but not obliged) to announce their names (and/or social media handles if applicable) on Suzuki’s websites and social media. Entrants may also be asked (without further reward) to take part in reasonable publicity connected with the Promotion.
- Disclosure of winner’s details: By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way, or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting Suzuki using the contact details at the end of these Rules. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that Suzuki may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen if Suzuki is required to demonstrate that it has awarded any advertised prizes. To request disclosure of winner details, enquirers must submit a request to CustomerServices@suzuki.co.uk by no later than 31 October 2023. Details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after all Prizes have been awarded.
- Personal data: Entrants acknowledge that any personal data processed in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with Suzuki’s Privacy Notice, which is available at https://www.suzuki.co.uk/privacy/.
- Accessing these Rules: Any website on which these Rules are posted is only intended to be accessed from Great Britain. Suzuki makes no representation that materials relating to the Promotion are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited.
- Severance and waiver: If any part of these Rules is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the rest of these Rules will not be affected. Suzuki’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Disputes: Subject to the “Law and Jurisdiction” section below, if there is a dispute about the Promotion or these Rules, Suzuki’s decisions are final. If there is a conflict between these Rules and any other document referred to in these Rules, these Rules take precedence to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.
- Law and jurisdiction: The Promotion and these Rules are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion and/or these Rules shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that residents of Scotland may also choose for their local courts to have jurisdiction.
