Learning the Suzuki way
Training on the Suzuki Advanced Apprenticeship Programme is geared around hands-on practical experience. Here’s what you can expect.
As a Suzuki apprentice, your time will be spent working within a Suzuki Dealership alongside experienced staff who will support and encourage you. Working in this environment, you’ll gain the insight and skills you need to compile your NVQ Portfolio.
Training
The programme is delivered using what’s called “a residential block release model”, where you’ll spend a period of time away from the Dealership at our dedicated Training Centre.
Your learning will be split roughly 50/50 between practical and underpinning knowledge. You’ll be using the latest in diagnostic and specialist equipment to work on our extensive range of products.
Blended learning
You’ll be trained using a variety of different methods – all designed to make the learning both fun and challenging. Suzuki methods and attitudes are taught from the start, with emphasis on the brand experience and customer focus.
Accommodation
Accommodation is provided for by your sponsoring Dealership and is pre-arranged by Suzuki to ensure you also have a great time in the evening while attending training.
Support
As well as support from your Dealership Mentor you’ll be assigned an Apprentice Development Coach throughout your time on the programme, so there’s always someone on hand to talk to.
